Arrival at School - HALL and OFFICE Electronic GATES ONLY in morning.
o All students should arrive in time for the 9.17 am. Students must keep their school bag with them until bell rings
o Gate 1 & 2 will be accessible for students ONLY. Executive staff will meet students at the electronic gates, parents and carers are NOT to enter the grounds. Students will be directed to the Active Playground (basketball court and artificial turf area). The Grays Point oval gate will only be accessible to before school care Activity Centre families. (GPAC)
o At the 9.17am bell students will move to class lines (no assembly)
Pick up at 3.15 all students - ALL GATES TO ENABLE SOCIAL DISTANCING
To ensure social distancing for parents can be managed, all gates will operate. This it is not necessary in the morning as students arrive over a 25 minute time period. Therefore, please talk to your children about pick up points at 3.15pm.
o Gate 1 Admin gate: walkers using the pedestrian crossing or parking east of the school and walking. Please social distance along the pathway.
o Gate 2 Hall gate: bus travellers and bike riders only.
o Gate 3 Grays Point oval: Car travel - as this gate opens directly to a carpark we have decided it is not safe to dismiss students through this gate without parents. An area inside the school grounds will be clearly marked in yellow. Parents/carers are asked to remain inside the marked area 1.5m from each other. Teachers will direct students to the Grays Point oval gate if they know they are travelling home by car. The gate will be opened at 3.15. Please do not congregate at gate entrance.
o After School Care (GPAC) students attending GPAC in the afternoon will be directed to GPAC as usual.
An Assistant Principal will be on duty to assist at each gate.

Thank you for supporting all of the procedures to date. The past 2 weeks have been wonderful and have demonstrated we are ready for 5 days and the students really understand the need for these restrictions.
