Grays Point Public School Library

The Grays Point Public School Library is a dynamic resource hub that supports student learning and fosters a love of reading across all stages. Open Monday to Thursday, the library is a welcoming space where every student participates in regular library lessons that build information literacy, research skills and an appreciation for literature. The library is available at second half lunch Monday-Wednesday to students for borrowing, games and activities.

Our well-curated collection includes a wide range of resources to suit all reading levels and interests, featuring dedicated sections for fiction, non-fiction, graphic novels, junior fiction, Quarto Junior and Quarto Fiction. Our texts cater to the needs of all learners, from advanced readers looking for a challenge to those who benefit from extra support.

In addition to our physical library space, we offer a versatile and flexible virtual library with up-to-date digital resources and subscriptions that enhance student learning both at school and at home through the E platform.

Grays Point Public School is an Oliver school, providing access to an interactive catalogue searching tool available via the Department of Education student portal. Through Oliver, students and parents can easily search the library catalogue, reserve items and view personal loan records, including current loans, reservations and overdue notices—all in one convenient place.
