We are pleased to let you know that Crunch HQ will be online as of Week 1 of Term 4. This is very exciting news and I really must thank Richard Talbot for assisting me in this regard. During the school holidays I will finalise the online version of the menu so that we are ready to go Week 1 of Term 4.
Attached you will find a flyer which gives clear instructions on how to register your child/children onto our new online store. You must register your child PRIOR to ordering. Ordering is extremely easy - just follow the flyer.
What does it cost?
Parents can either add a minimum of $25 into their account via direct deposit, credit card or Paypal. Direct deposit has no fees and can take up to 3 working days to clear, this means that the parent cannot use funds until this is cleared and My School Connect will send an automated message once that is done. The credit card (1.9% merchant fee) and Paypal (2.9% merchant fee) options have fees as shown and are automatic. That means if parents deposit using these facilities the funds are there ready to use straight away.
Parents can also order without adding any funds, as there is an option at the checkout to payment for items via credit card or Paypal (same merchant fees apply).
Parents can not order unless they have funds in their account or they pay at the checkout. If you have any questions in relation to this please do not hesitate to contact me.
Reusable lunch order bags
Please note that reusable lunch order bags will be available to purchase from Crunch HQ in Term 4. You may purchase these either directly at the canteen or via the online store.
Volunteers for Mondays
We are extremely lean on volunteers on the Monday. If you or grandparents are available and can spare some time in Crunch HQ it would be greatly appreciated. It is only through having volunteers that we can continue to not only run a canteen 5 days per week but to also serve all the lovely food
